We collect minimal information necessary to deliver trading signals and authenticate your account, including: registered phone number, email address, name, and device push notification tokens. We never store credit card numbers or sensitive banking data on our servers.

2. Account Management & Support

GTS application serves registered subscribers with technical assistance, onboarding, and subscription renewals coordinated directly through our official WhatsApp technical concierge in compliance with Apple App Store & Google Play guidelines.

3. Data Security & Encryption

We enforce enterprise-grade security protocols, including Argon2 password hashing and TLS 1.3 in-transit encryption to prevent unauthorized data access.

4. Financial Risk Disclosure

Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer: Trading CFDs and commodities with leverage involves high risk and may not be suitable for all investors. All AI-generated signals and analyses are for technical analysis and educational purposes, not individualized financial advice. Always practice responsible risk management.

Service Providers & Payments

Crypto payments are processed by NOWPayments; we receive only the payment id, amount, currency and status — never your wallet keys. Push notifications are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging using only your device token. Our AI provider analyses public market data and news only; no personal data is ever sent to it.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time in the app (Account → Delete Account) or through support. Deletion erases your name, phone number, email, devices and notifications and cancels any active subscription. Payment records are kept without any identifying data, for accounting and legal purposes only.
